We are so confident you will love our SOUNDJUMP speaker, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from maqemore.com, we will refund or exchange the product purchased off of our website within 30 days from the date of receipt no questions asked. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. We are not responsible for returns and refunds on shipping charges.

1 year warranty

Warranty claims will only be valid with proof of purchase. If defect exists, MAQE will repair or replace your MAQE product. We do not cover normal wear and tear, blown speakers, cut cords, scratches, loss or theft . This warranty exclude damages resulting from abuse, accident, modifications or other causes that are not defect in materials and workmanship, Customization or modification will void your warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state and jurisdiction. These rights shall not be affected by this limited warranty. This warranty cannot be transferred or assigned.
